Human Resources Management

COURSE OBJECTIVES & DESCRIPTION

This course is intended to provide the class participant with an introduction to the field of Human Resources Management and its importance as a supporting function in assisting the organization to meet it’s strategic goals. The interrelationship between the various human resources functions is a central theme.

Class participants will be required to submit weekly review questions and participate in small groups to work on exercises at the end of each chapter. Discussion will also be encouraged on relevant human resources topics domestically and globally.
